A very small update: I have removed the word "shaman" from these rules.

This term was removed for reasons of cultural sensitivity. It was not requested, insisted on or demanded by any party.

It is my plan to remove it from all of my titles. A blogpost explaining the reasons behind this decision will go up soon. i shall share that post here as soon as it is published.
